- 20 stalls, each 10’ x 12’ – 12 of which have windows
- Heated and air-conditioned tack room and viewing lounge
- Concrete wash rack with hot water and fan
- Private lockers for each boarder
- Cross ties in grooming aisles and in stalls for safety
- 24 hour supervision – apartment above barn
- 60’ x 160’ indoor riding arena with sand and mulch footing, watered and dragged at least 4 times a week
- 100’ x 200’ outdoor riding arena with all-weather footing, with a standard dressage arena set up within its boundaries as well as an obstacle course, jump standards and cavaletti for practice
- Two large pastures for turnout with safe, flexible polyvinyl material and coated electric wire between pastures
- No more than 8 horses are turned out in the 4 acre pasture and no more than 2 are together in the 1.5 acre pasture
- Separated flakes of hay are provided for the horses in the winter
- Large parking lot with plenty of room for trailer maneuvering
- Access to wooded areas and fields in which to ride
